I lived this too

Three shelves of supplements. Each one there for a "good reason." My brain overwhelmed by all my health goals - hair bones weight skin perimenopause inflammation gut...sanity (or at least contentment). 

I turned my health into a problem to fix, instead of a natural state to restore.

Wanting to age well and handle multiple symptoms led to a lot of pressure to do a lot of things. And still feeling like I'm not doing enough.

So I got data-driven and drafted a whole woman systems level strategy.

Went from supplement overwhelm to four pills a day. Most of what I need coming from food. And actually feeling better.

Now I help other women do the same.

The relief we seek

We want to prevent chronic and degenerative diseases, look and feel better for as long as we can. We have a sense of what needs to change, but lack clarity on how.

I'm trained in neuroscience, health behavior, and Vedic sciences—bridging conventional and alternative medicine systems.

I work with insightful women in midlife, when bodies stop compensating for choices and mortality motivates growth.

At this point, being healthy requires a little "F the system" and a little "Om Shanti Om." We have to do things differently.

I spent decades studying how bodies work, but the real education came from living in a fragmented healthcare system myself. I was doing everything "right" and still not feeling the way I wanted to feel.

So I built a different approach: precision testing, integrated systems based strategy, and realistic, as-natural-as-possible protocols.

I now practice as a health strategist, teaching women to read their body's signals, shift patterns, and build neuroplasticity.

I customize for individual needs. We build skills and awareness. You change habits, patterns and symptoms.
