Dr. Siva and Ayurvedic chef Meredith Klien (author of Kitchen Rituals) have been laughing in the kitchen together for over 15 years.

With an MD, and background in Neuroscience and behavior change (MPH), Dr. Siva Mohan presents a unique East-West Mind-Body version of Ayurveda. A best selling author, she guides her audience to individualized wellness lifestyle with tools and approaches from Ayurveda, emotional wellness, and functional medicine.

Pranaful's Meredith is well known for her internationally inspired, Ayurvedically-influenced organic cuisine, which has been featured by Seane Corne, Shiva Rea, Russell Brand, Danielle Laporte, Google, Wanderlust and Lightning in a Bottle. She is the creator of an award-winning organic vegan frozen yogurt and the author of Kitchen Ritual: Recipes to Inspire the Art & Practice of Mindful Cooking.
