Problem | your doctor isn't enough
You're the glue.
You're holding together fragmented health care: One provider for hormones. Another for mood. Another for digestion. No one's connecting the dots.
You're left piecing it together yourself—playing case manager, AI medical researcher, and decision-maker.
It's exhausting. We're trying to translate too many interventions that don't talk to each other.
You can't do it all.
No one has the bandwidth to do handle all the health-shoulds. We do a little of everything, with limited benefit. Our symptom-propagating patterns persist.
You want more.
You know your life, emotions and body are interconnected. But you haven't found a wellness approach that actually addresses this complexity.

Data and context inform strategy.
I use precision testing to see the complete picture of what's happening in your body and why.
Then we build an integrated strategy that bridges patterns in your hormones, your gut, your emotions, and your life force.
With a clear plan for your most effective levers of wellness, you could focus on on making positive change instead of figuring out what to do with an avalanche of wellness options.

Pain to purpose.
I spent decades studying how bodies work, but the real education came from my own health frustration.
Three shelves of supplements. Each one there for a "good reason." My brain overwhelmed by all my health goals: hair bones weight skin inflammation gut sanity (or at least contentment).
I turned my health into a problem to fix, instead of a natural state to restore.
Wanting to age well and handle multiple symptoms led to a lot of pressure to do a lot of things. And still feeling like I'm not doing enough because I'm not seeing real change.
I toured through many modalities, from frequency machines, IV ozone, and past life regressions to acupuncture.
I learned what worked, what didn't, and root causes. It took almost two decades to fill all the gaps in med school education: nutrition, parasites, epigenetics, emotions, natural remedies.
So I got data-driven and drafted a whole woman systems level strategy.
Went from supplement overwhelm to four pills a day. Most of what I need coming from food. And actually feeling better.
Now I help other women do the same.
Our growth becomes our medicine.
As a wellness strategist, I teach you which patterns to target and how. Once the body is well attended to, I we progress to neuropsychological shifts. That's where the real juice is.
I work with insightful women in midlife, when bodies stop compensating for choices and mortality motivates growth. At this point, being healthy requires a little "F the system" and a little "Om Shanti Om." We have to do things differently.
I customize, build skills and offer tools. You change habits, patterns and symptoms.
