The Mohan Method: Strategy for Midlife Medicine.
What do I mean by "Midlife?" It's not an age. It's a common state of disease progression when long term depletion has affected function at a body systems level. It's when you have chronic signs and abnormal labs. For most of us, that happens in Midlife, and this is when we're ready for a strategic plan.
