Sara's Strategy

We applied The Mohan Method to design Sara's plan with a systems level approach.

We used this 5 phase framework, and what we knew about her health already to draft her plan. 

phase 1 | clear root causes of inflammation

phase 2 | restore any micronutrient deficiencies

phase 3 | support digestion back to good function

phase 4 | check in with systems related to symptoms (repro, thyroid, adrenal)

phase 5 | implement lifestyle changes to prevent her disease patterns
