A new approach

Systems level thinking

Everyone can benefit from a health strategy which expands conventional medicine with holistic and integrative perspectives. These are perspectives I learned outside of medical school from healing systems across the globe.

In the video below, I share a few of these key perspectives. These viewpoints allow us to simplify our health plan by addressing the macro needs of body systems as a priority.

You're the CEO

These viewpoints guide us to focus on systems level goals - essential for a complex organization, such as your body.

You're the leader of this organization. To achieve your body's goals, having a doable the strategic plan is key.

It's our responsibility to lead ourselves to wellbeing. It's an empowering privilege too.
The role is overwhelming (and no one told us we were playing it).

With this understanding, I created an easy-to-use method with which we can personalize our own wellness strategy.

Introducing The Mohan Method

This strategy framework is the result of almost two decades of experience working with thousands of wellness-minded individuals.

I hope you adapt it to design your own health plan.

Case story

Sara's Missing Pieces

How Sara and I defined the gaps in her wellness with these integrative perspectives.

Sara had a talented doctor. She researched alternative options. She ate well, exercised, and was proactive about her health.

Yet, she felt there were missing pieces in understanding how to best support her body. This is what most of us feel, but haven't articulated.

Lacking the systems level focus, a lot about Sara got missed:

X Root causes
X The relationship between her symptoms
X Deficiencies in core micronutrients
X Clearing triggers of inflammation and autoimmune patterns
X Her preference for natural options
X Related emotional patterns

In the conventional setting, the opportunity to optimize her health was missed.

The integrative perspectives in the video above, and systems level thinking allowed us to fill in those missing pieces and take the opportunity to actually help her get healthier.
